Who this is for
The first design partner track is for agencies and service businesses where onboarding slows down after payment.

What we learn together
The goal is to understand the real workflow before overbuilding software.
We look at where onboarding breaks, which actions are repeated, which messages need approval, and what the first valuable outcome should be.
